We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas to comply with food safety regulations. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is highly desirable. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary. Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
