Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work area.

Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, for processing customer orders and payments. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with serving food and beverages to customers as needed, ensuring timely delivery of orders. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Experience with food preparation, serving, or cashiering is a plus. Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to food handling and preparation.
