Duties

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards Operate POS system for order processing and cash handling Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Take orders accurately, process payments, and handle cash transactions efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment Assist with food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders during busy periods Restock supplies as needed and assist in kitchen operations when required

Skills

Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred Proficiency with POS systems Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not mandatory Effective communication skills for teamwork and customer interactions Ability to upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities
