Duties

Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food preparation and serving duties Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including sanitation protocols

Skills

Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cashiering skills Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus Ability to upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities

Pay: $17.60-$17.90 per hour
