Duties
Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety guidelines.
Assist with food handling and serving, ensuring that all items are presented correctly.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
Experience with food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus.
