Duties and responsibilities
Able to work morning/afternoon shifts
Contribute to a positive team environment
Provide the highest level of hospitality by engaging and interacting with guests
Prepare all food and beverage items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures
Anticipate and respond to flow of orders to ensure timely completion of all food items
Knowledgeable about the menu and can communicate this to the guests
Accurately complete all station set up and closing procedures
Maintain food quality control and productivity at all times
Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and uphold food safety practices
Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of your station at all times
Follow all operational policies and procedures
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or service environment preferred
Valid Food Handlers Certificate preferred
Skills & Fit
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
Ability to learn quickly
Physical Requirements
Constant standing/walking for duration of shift on a hot cooking line
Occasional pushing, pulling, light lifting
