Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines. Operate the POS system, for order processing and cash handling. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of all customers. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
