Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. You will be involved in various aspects of food preparation, serving, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Serve customers promptly and courteously, ensuring their needs are met. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas. Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours. Perform basic math calculations for order processing and inventory management. Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly, reporting any issues as necessary.

Skills

Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, with a focus on food preparation and serving. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. Kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous, particularly in fast-paced environments. Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while interacting with customers.
