As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining food safety standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties

Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders accurately. Assist with food preparation and ensure all food items meet quality and safety standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas to comply with food safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all food handling procedures to guarantee the safety of our customers.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting, providing help wherever needed in the kitchen or front of house operations.

Pay: $15.65-$20.00 per hour
