Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces, kitchen equipment, and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently. Assist in stocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining a positive work environment. Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of food products served.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant.
