Overview

As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will be responsible for preparing food, taking orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Your contributions will directly impact the overall customer experience, making it essential to work efficiently and collaboratively with your team.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist in stocking supplies and inventory management as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations. Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations is preferred. Experience with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player mentality with a willingness to help others when needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Previous restaurant experience is an asset.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
