Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling procedures. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred. Previous experience as an Osmow's crew member would be ideal. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
