Summary

As a Crew Member at DQ Grill & Chill in Fergus, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while preparing delicious food items. This position is essential to maintaining our welcoming environment and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers. Prepare and serve food items according to company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and procedures. Assist in restocking supplies as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer demands.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is an asset. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
