Job Overview We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Prepare and serve food and beverages following company procedures - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Assist in food preparation activities - Uphold high standards of quality control and food safety - Provide friendly and prompt customer service - Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience Qualifications - Previous experience in cashiering, preferably in a restaurant or food industry setting - Strong math skills for cash handling and transactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude - Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus Join our team and be part of a dynamic work environment where you can grow your skills in the food service industry!
