Job Description

Position Summary:

Join our team as a Crew Member at Odd Burger(TM)! You will be responsible for greeting and serving guests, preparing food products, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and performing tasks quickly and accurately. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders.
Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately.
Prepare food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.
Check products in the front-line area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service, and cleanup.
Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image. Understand and adhere to the Wash, Rinse, and Sanitize method of cleaning.
Understand and adhere to all quality standards, formulas, and procedures as outlined in the Odd Burger(TM) Training Program.
Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the Odd Burger(TM) Training Program.
Complete Odd Burger(TM) Training courses as directed.
Prerequisites:

Education: Some high school or equivalent.
Experience & Skills: No previous experience required. Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions. Positive attitude.
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized kitchen display system. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Additional pay and tips

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
