Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to maintain an efficient operation.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Prepare food items according to company recipes and food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and process payments accurately. Assist in stocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all food handling procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is a plus. Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations is beneficial. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
