Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation guidelines. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a team setting while also being self-motivated. Experience with food preparation, serving, and handling is a plus.
