Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our

Rudy's Chicken

team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, for processing customer orders Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen and dining areas Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is

required

Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
