Job Description

Job Duties:

Connect with customers to take orders, answer questions about the menu and provide an excellent customer service experience. Prepare food orders in an efficient manner. Maintain an orderly front of house by emptying the trash, cleaning tables, refilling napkin, condiment, and utensil dispensers. Packaging to-go orders. Communicating with customers and resolving disputes when needed. Operating cash registers and other restaurant equipment. Participate in meal preparation; prep food items before lunch and dinner and prepare meal orders. Maintain a clean back of house by washing dishes, and kitchen utensils. Other duties as required.

Qualifications and Knowledge:

Outstanding customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written and verbal communication. An understanding of basic math. An understanding of cleaning protocols, food safety precautions, and local laws and regulations. Ability to lift 30 or more pounds.

Other Skills and Attributes:

Superb communication skills. Ability to multitask and pivot tasks quickly. Strong attention to detail and with strong time management skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sounds judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis. A great sense of humor.
