As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring that food preparation and safety standards are met. Responsibilities
Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order processing and payment transactions.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining areas.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines during food handling and preparation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Skills
Experience in food preparation and food service is preferred.
Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
