Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee snow removal operations and lead a team of skilled workers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, technical knowledge in snow removal operations , and hands-on experience with equipment in the industry. This role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of snow removal personnel and continuous maintenance tasks efficiently. Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to crew members based on project requirements. Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and quality standards. Oversee the services provided Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices equipment use. Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues on-site, and communicate updates to management. Maintain equipment and tools necessary for landscape projects. Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership, supervision, and mentorship.

Qualifications

Proven experience in snow removal Supervising or leadership in a snow removal environment preferred. Strong knowledge of snow removal Familiarity with landscape maintenance procedures. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Relevant certifications or training in irrigation, horticulture, or construction are a plus but not required. Possible continued position for fencing and landscaping next season for right candidates
