We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual for a gardening and lawn maintenance crew lead position for the remainder of the 2025 season and hopefully the following years.. We are hiring one

Full-Time Crew Lead

position (until November 15th, depending on weather). We operate in the York Region area and other close by regions.

Experience is required.

:

Driving the crew to sites (truck and trailer experience

required

) Leading crew with maintenance goals and projects Close communication with clients and owners Deadheading flowers Pruning, hedging, trimming bushes and trees Installation of soil, mulch and aggregates Lawn Mowing Using handheld power tools and heavy machinery like hedgers, string trimmers, lawn mowers and tillers (Training provided) Installation of garden beds, flower baskets, hedges and trees General property maintenance

Job Requirements:

Ontario Secondary School Diploma Post Secondary Education is an asset*
3-5 years of experiencein garden and maintenance tools (hedge trimmers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, pushing lawn mower, and driving driving a zero turn lawn mower)

is required

A driver's license is required (Full G preferred) Clean Drivers Record Experience driving with a trailer is an asset(Training provided) Must be able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50+ lbs.)

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
