Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our Rubber Surfacing team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high quality placement of product for our customers. You will be responsible for various tasks including driving equipment and employees to site, overseeing placement of the product, and interacting with the customer to leave them with a positive experience. On the job training for Rubber Surfacing will be provided. Both Male and Female candidates will be considered.

Duties

Directing for efficient job set up. Placing the product to our high finishing standards Managing product usage and time budgets for job placement Maintaining customer satisfaction during, and immediately after the pour Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties.

Requirements

Having your own transportation is a must. The jobs are located all around Edmonton and area Candidates who have their own 1/2 ton or 1 ton truck will be preferred. A vehicle bonus is available for candidates who can haul the equipment to and from site. The ability to work out doors regardless of the weather. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members. Willingness to learn new skills related construction and Rubber Surfacing Concrete placement experience is a major benefit. Rubber Surfacing utilizes similar techniques.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
