We are expanding our Retail Services Team to help us evolve through the next stage of our growth journey, and we hope you can help shape our future. We now have a career opportunity for a Part Time Teller position, located in Regina.

• This position will be scheduled to work 15 - 20 hours per week.
• Day shifts within a Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday work week will be required.
• The successful candidate must have the ability to work within a flexible work schedule.

Position Overview
As part of the TCU Financial Group team, this position completes a variety of banking services and front line support to our members. With genuine enthusiasm and passion for helping members meet their financial goals they help to create a positive experience by:

• Processing all in branch transactions courteously, error-free and with a view of adding value to a transaction to build trust relationships with the members.
• Providing banking solutions to a member by listening and owning the problem resolution through to conclusion.
• Proactively promoting service and product opportunities that would be of benefit to the member.
• Solving technical issues with member cards, online banking and the mobile banking app.
• Being a team player and supporting in any area of the member facing arena, knowing that this approach allows opportunity to broaden knowledge and build opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma, combined with previous experience as a teller in a financial institution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• A strong communicator with the ability to interact with members in a clear, positive and sincere manner.
• A highly motivated individual with an aptitude for numbers, strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
• A professional in their approach and commitment to providing exceptional service to our members.
• A quick learner with a willingness to take on new challenges and motivated to pursue all learning opportunities to broaden skills and understanding, to fulfill the member experience vision.
