Responsibilities and Duties

*Connect with sales staff to obtain business opportunities and pipeline, give advice on credit sales models, and credit proposals.

*Collect customers' credit application forms and requested documentation, conduct onsite investigation, and complete credit report for Canadian and US customers.

*Participate in the credit review conference and follow up with the execution of the decision at the credit review conference.

*Initiate credit sales contract review process and follow up with the contract signing.

*Implement the risk control measures, collect the related contracts, certificates, and other documentation, and complete the relevant registration process at the corresponding authorities.

*Establish and maintain the business, documentation, and customer repayment ledgers. Register the pledge and monitor contract execution and payment collection.

*Carry out overdue payment collection, initiate the equipment repossession process, and apply for lawsuits if necessary.

*Collect signed contracts and credit documents according to company policy and maintain archive records of signed contracts.

*Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of related working experience, preferably in equipment financing and credit sales; Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, or related field; overdue collection experience is preferred; Being bilingual in Chinese is preferred. Frequent business trips required at home and abroad (US, Mexico); Relies on experience & judgment to plan and accomplish goals; Strong time management skills, finance, documentation, and communication skills; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities; Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment; Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies. Pay: $36,234.02-$60,445.48 per year
