We are looking for Enthusiastic, Driven, Outside of the Box Thinkers to help us grow our business. In the specialized role of Credit Coordinator, you will be a valuable and key member of our Roofmart team.
Job Summary: Your role will be to support all aspects of the Credit department and ensure proper policies and procedures are followed. You will report to the National Credit Manager and work closely with customers and key members of the business.

Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare new customer credit documents for review
Set up customer credit & file documents
Manage & audit manual invoices daily and review branch on hand count monthly
Ensure orders are released efficiently within set parameters
Support Quebec & Western Canada with order releases
Ensure customer contact information is up to date
Process approved credit limit changes
Ensure required & completed documents are provided
Manage completed customer maintenance forms
Process customer returns and issue debits as required with GM approval
Process EFT payments & MCR (Miscellaneous Cash Receipt)
Review customer ownership change requests & prepare documents
Make account changes as per set parameters
Notify branches of NSFs
Ensure collection notes are entered if promises are made
Issue invoices for miscellaneous transactions as requested
Manage documents and ensure filing is properly maintained
Issue approved invoices for miscellaneous transactions
QualificationsPost-Secondary education
3+ years Credit experience
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Windows Applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Metrically based decision making experience
Strong credit report knowledge
Equifax & Transunion experience
Energetic, organized, confident and positive
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to conduct collection meetings
Authorized to work in Canada
Ability to travel
