Job Information:

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Credit Team, applying cash to customer accounts, deposits and processing c/c plus to assist to set up new accounts, and follow up with credit checks.

What you'll do...

DAILY BANK DEPOSITS, PROCESSING OF CREDIT CARDS & APPLYING CASH TO ACCOUNTS. Work on initial set up of new customer accounts on our proprietary product management/ operational software (Great Plains, Quattro and Nutshell etc.) Updating account information on all relevant collection and billing software Processing credit checks on new clients using email or telephone Auditing current accounts for accuracy and ensuring the Credit Database is current and up-to date Providing support to the National Credit and Collections Manager and the Credit and Collections Team Assisting with Year-End Reconciliation and Corporate Reporting

Who you are ...

Knowledge of Great Plains software is required Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook Administrative and/or customer service experience is an asset Basic accounting knowledge, accuracy and detailed. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a dynamic fast-paced environment Team oriented along with being able to self regulate tasks in a timely manner High School Diploma.
