Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Credit Application Analyst to join our client.
Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $20.77 per hour
Location: Vancouver, BC
Location Type: Hybrid: 4 days a week onsite in November
Shift Schedule: Rotation- Hours between 8 am and 7 pm, 1 Saturday every 4-5 weeks. Schedules out 1 month in advance
Job Responsibilities:

• Providing operational support to the Sales Channel and Credit Underwriting function including submission quality and document compliance with a Customer Centric mindset.
• Support Sales Channel by reviewing / updating / and analyzing all credit documentation for accuracy and adherence to all regulatory requirements.
• Accountable for completing a range of responsibilities associated with Real Estate Secured Lending products, involving single to multiple steps across several systems and applications.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Strong understanding of credit documentation review and regulatory compliance
• Previous experience in a Banking, Financial Institution, or corporate environment
• Ability to read, interpret, and handle confidential banking documents related to real estate transactions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Post secondary / 1+ years relevant experience
