YOUR CHALLENGE

Responsible for data accuracy and collection of customer accounts while offering outstanding customer service.



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve customers in everything related to accounts receivable (send invoices, account reconciliation, manage disputed invoices); Negotiate and monitor payment arrangements with clients; Authorize orders on hold; Collect customer accounts; Provide accounts receivable support to inside customers; Deposit registration.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

DEC in accounting (an asset); 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position; Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite Excel; Bilingual (French, English, both oral and written).
