Department Overview
TD Auto Finance is a newly formed division within TD, bringing together the former Chrysler Financial business and TD Financing Services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic & rapidly growing business focused on providing a robust array of automotive financing options to meet our customers\' needs as well as the needs of our dealer partners. In Canada we also finance recreational, marine and leisure vehicles, and serve the Prime and Non-Prime Auto markets.

In the goal to become North America\xe2\x80\x99s #1 auto lender we are over 2,500 people strong including an external sales team located coast to coast, as well as teams in credit adjudication, funding, inside sales, loan administration, customer service, collections and recovery, and our federated functions of risk management, technology solutions, finance & human resources. Our offices are located in Canada in Toronto & Mississauga, ON, Brossard, QC & Nanaimo, BC and in the US in Farmington Hills, MI, Jacksonville, FL & Dallas, TX.


  • As a Junior/Senior Credit Analyst, the incumbent will evaluate personal credit applications in accordance with policy and procedures, to authorize credit, within designated limits, while providing a high level of customer service to all of our business partners.



  • To operate competently and successfully, it is essential that the candidate possess a thorough knowledge of personal lending principles, products and policies.

Job Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will possess existing or previous personal lending experience/exposure within a lending environment. Experience in an exception lending environment is an asset.
  • Above-average analytical skills, strong aptitude for problem-solving and capacity for effective work flow, organization and planning. A strong team player and sound communicator, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment is key.

Additional Information
  • Candidates who are being considered for the position may be required to complete a Service & Advice Profile assessment as a step in the recruitment process.
  • Rotational shift, mid (10-6:30) and late (12:30-9) with Saturdays, possibly every other Saturday
