The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a

Credit Analyst

to join our team in

Kitchener, Ontario

. As the Credit Analyst, you will build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of customer accounts, initiating collections, processing their credit applications and payments, and assessing risk.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Credit Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:


Regularly notify customers of overdue accounts Assist customers with account reconciliation and invoice dispute resolution Resolve collection issues by making payment arrangements with customers Assess risk and process credit applications Work closely with the Sales team to build and maintain positive customer relationships Prepare reports and maintain accurate records and files related to collections

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:


5 years of credit or accounts receivable work experience CCP designation or enrollment in CCP program is a strong asset Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment Highly adaptable and resourceful with strong critical thinking skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-starter with the ability to work effectively autonomously

The base pay range for this role is: $58,000 to $68,000, depending on experience, plus bonuses.


This is a

hybrid

role based in

Kitchener, Ontario

. Once training is complete, work can be performed from home three days per week.
