Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written posts) across all social media platforms.
Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
Conduct research to identify target audiences and tailor content and visuals accordingly.
Schedule and analyze posts using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
Proofread and review all content for brand consistency, accuracy, and tone.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
Maintain and update the company website (WordPress, Shopify, or similar), ensuring content, visuals, and promotions are up to date and aligned with digital marketing campaigns.
Troubleshoot basic website issues and collaborate with developers when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application in social media and website content.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
Experience with website management platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
E-commerce experience, particularly in using social media to drive sales, is highly desirable.
Excellent research and analytical skills to stay on top of market trends and audience behavior.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, on-brand content.
