TITLE: Creative Asset Management Specialist
REPORTS TO: Business Director
OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios. At OMG23, we have the privilege of partnering with Disney on the planning, buying and implementation of it's integrated ad campaigns for some of the entertainment industry's most iconic brands. Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films and series distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century and Searchlight banners.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Creative Asset Management Specialist assists in the maintenance, trafficking, and execution of media plans supporting the strategy team and activation team. In addition, they are also responsible for engaging and establishing relationships with select vendors.
THE ROLE

  • Daily contact with clients in Canada and U.S.
  • Develops and coordinates asset delivery with client creative teams in the U.S. and UK
  • Campaign trafficking and data compilation
  • Set up traffic schedules and analysis sheets
  • Coordinate with various production houses for all production and asset delivery of media spots for broadcast, radio, digital, and Out of Home
  • Share YouTube links and spots with the in-house Digital Programmatic Team
  • Ensure media spots are provided to broadcast networks and digital vendors
  • Provide Telecaster numbers for air and coordinate scheduling spots with the Broadcast Traffic Group
  • Ensure launch dates are accurate and meet spot criteria produced
  • Work with the finance team on Billing, tracking the progress of buys
  • Attend vendor and client meetings, and weekly/daily status meetings regarding the production of assets for campaign delivery.
  • Assist Strategy / Activation teams in reporting and audit deliverables on an ongoing basis

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Approximately 1-2 years of media or creative agency experience in a similar role as Creative Coordinator or Traffic Coordinator.
  • Client-facing experience
  • Working knowledge of the cross-channel media space and available media research
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • An eagerness and passion to learn about media activation across channels and platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and function in a fast-paced environment
