Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction of our marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with our brand vision and business objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce. The Creative Manager will lead projects from concept to execution, driving engagement and growth through effective campaigns.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement creative strategies for marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and e-commerce. Manage product management processes to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials that resonate with target audiences. Conduct thorough research to inform creative decisions and identify market trends. Utilize SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to our website. Oversee Facebook advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Utilize Google Analytics and Google AdWords for performance tracking and reporting on campaign effectiveness. Create visually compelling content using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Maintain and update the company website using WordPress and HTML as needed. Develop budgets for creative projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications



Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce strategies. Proficiency in SEO techniques and analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Experience with Facebook Advertising and other digital ad platforms. Strong understanding of product management principles. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML coding is preferred. Excellent research skills to inform creative direction and strategy development. Strong budgeting skills to manage project costs effectively. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement in marketing efforts. Job Type: Part-time
