The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a motivated Crane Apprentice to join our growing team. this is and exciting opportunity to build a career in heavy equipment operation with mentorship from experienced crane operators and hands-on experience in a dynamic marine environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist crane operators with rigging, lifting, and operational support. learn the fundamentals of operating conventional cranes on land and the marine setting. Support safe loading/unloading and material handling procedures. Perform daily equipment checks and general maintenance tasks. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Interest in pursuing a career as a crane operator in marine construction Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and in physically demanding environments. A Class ! or Class # drivers license is preferred, but not required. Previous construction or mechanical experience is an asset but not necessary. Ability to work with others in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46.79-$55.05 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
