As a Senior Software Sales Representative at Cincom, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the continued success and growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle software sales, strongly emphasizing consultative selling, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities within your assigned territory and accounts, focusing on enterprise-level customers and partners.
Understanding your market and your territory to be able to identify your customers/prospects needs, pain points, and industry trends. Using this knowledge to identify prospects within your territory.
Identifying potential partners, who will incorporate our products into their offerings. Nurture, maintain and grow those relationships over years, helping these partners to grow their businesses using our solutions.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in prospects. Customers and Partners, including C-level executives, IT directors, and procurement managers.
Leading the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
Delivering persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of Cincom's software solutions.
Deliver continued growth of revenue within your assigned territory.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to provide valuable insights to customers and internal stakeholders.
