We are looking for a CPI in municipal infrastructure who is passionate about the design and technical execution of municipal projects. You will actively participate in all project development phases, from preliminary studies to the preparation of plans and specifications, while contributing to the quality and innovation of proposed solutions. You will work closely with the technical team and design engineers to deliver sustainable, efficient, and well-conceived projects.

Your Responsibilities

Participate in the design of municipal infrastructure projects in collaboration with the project team. Contribute to the writing of technical specifications and tender documents under the supervision of a senior engineer. Intervene at different project stages, from preliminary concept to construction phase. Participate in developing schedules and timelines to ensure smooth project execution. Review drawings and plans to ensure compliance with specifications and current standards. Assist in preparing cost estimates for the work. Perform all other related tasks.

You are the right person for this position if:

You hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. You are registered as a Junior Engineer with the OIQ. You are familiar with the following software: MS OFFICE, CHAUSSEE2, AUTOCAD (basic knowledge), PC-SWMM, EPANET, and HEC-RAS (an asset). You hold a general health and safety certificate for construction sites (ASP). You hold a valid driver's license and have access to a car. You are proficient in French (oral and written). You have strong knowledge and skills in the following areas: road geotechnics and urban hydraulics. You have solid knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework in effect in Quebec regarding municipal infrastructure and the environment. You have strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
