Job Description

We're looking for a CPG Brand Graphic Designer to create bold visuals for a new energy brand. You'll work closely with the Senior Social Media Content Strategist, Video Editor, Motion Designer, and the creative studio team. Your job is to turn brand strategy into graphics that connect with consumers across social, email, packaging, and digital campaigns.
? What You'll Do

• Design social-first graphics for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create digital assets for email, SMS, and loyalty programs.
• Adapt concepts into consistent brand graphics across formats and sizes.}
• Work with motion designers and video editors to keep visuals cohesive.
• Support packaging design and digital campaign adaptations.
• Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity and design system.
• Deliver high-quality work on tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

? What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of graphic design, ideally with consumer, CPG, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio showing social media and consumer brand work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) or similar tools.
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to adapt designs into bilingual formats (English & French).
• Organized with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for Shopify Plus (banners, product images, landing pages).
• Basic motion design skills for collaboration with animators.
• Knowledge of email/SMS design best practices (Klaviyo or similar).
