We are seeking a caring and reliable

CPAP Clinic Support Volunteer

to assist our clinical team by following up with patients who use Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) therapy. The volunteer will contact patients by phone to check on their comfort and satisfaction with the device, identify any issues or concerns, and document feedback for clinical follow-up.
This role provides valuable experience in patient communication and respiratory health support within a professional medical-clinic environment.

2. Responsibilities



Make phone calls to CPAP patients as part of routine follow-up care. Ask structured questions regarding comfort, equipment fit, and therapy use. Document patient responses and flag any issues for review by the clinical staff. Provide general information and encouragement to promote treatment adherence. Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic communication guidelines. Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth patient care and record updates.

3. Skills & Qualifications



Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Comfortable speaking on the phone and interacting with patients. Empathetic, patient, and respectful manner. Strong attention to detail when recording information. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Basic computer/data-entry skills (training provided). Previous experience in a healthcare or customer-service setting is an asset but not required.
