The Role

As the CP Lead for Real Estate Projects, you will be responsible for the Commercial Category Management in the areas of: Real Estate new build constructions, fit-out projects, Real Estate Transactions Management and Consulting services, Master Planning, Architecture & Design, Project Management, Programme Management Office (PMO) services, Workplace and Real Estate Sustainability Initiatives. Accountabilities:
  • Develop commercially competitive contracting & procurement strategies for assigned key spend categories which meets the Business Demand while considering potential implementation of Global Strategies at local/regional level and support strategies at the global level
  • Ensure delivery & effectively manage contracts while continuously drive value improvement targets
  • Assure Supply Chain Strategy supports Goal Zero Aspiration through implementation of robust Contractor Safety Management practices
  • Implementation of Contractor HSSE and Worker Welfare practices in close liaison with Contract Managers/Holders and Owners
  • Working closely with Real Estate project teams, proactively identify & understand commercial/procurement needs from internal stakeholders (Shell Business) and collaboratively propose competitive solutions
  • Manage Supplier Relationship effectively and collaboratively drive continuous performance improvement via relevant contract key metrics
  • Ensure any new Enterprise framework agreements and relevant implementation call offs are efficiently deployed in the regions
  • Provides extensive coaching, support and guidance to regional RE CP team including CP-OPS buyers/Senior Buyers to ensure delivery of results where possible
Skills & Requirements What we need from you \xe2\x80\x93
  • Minimum 5 years in any related field
  • Candidate must have an experience in CP or Real Estate projects
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any related discipline
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
