Team Description:
The Cova Sales team works to engage prospective and existing customers to drive revenue for the business. We are a fast-paced and nimble team that must be quick to respond to market changes in an exciting and ever-evolving industry.
What we\'re looking for:
Our Sales Team is seeking three temporary Sales Representatives to contact our existing Cova client base and engage them in moving to Cova\'s new Payment Platform: CovaPay. The outreach to our entire customer base needs to happen efficiently over the summer to convert their stores to Cova\'s payment platform that offers an integrated and superior solution for collecting credit and/or debit cards.
Term Length: 3 Months
The CovaPay outbound client campaign will run from June 1st through August 31st. There will be a 2-week training and ramp-up period. Cova has several full-time sales roles (Business Development Reps and Account Executives) and success in this role could lead to one of these permanent roles or continuing on in a Sales Representative capacity.
Compensation:
Canada - $25 CAD per hour, plus an uncapped variable component that equates to $250 CAD per week for achieving quota.
Role Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will focus on not only contacting Cova clients and presenting the benefits of a quick and easy move to CovaPay. Success in this role would involve getting commitment from the client to move forward with CovaPay in their store or getting them interested enough to speak with a Cova Account Executive for a deeper exploration of the program.
This role could be a great fit for you if get energy from connecting with people and helping them better their business by working with the company they already trust. If you are passionate about a feeling of accomplishment in winning business and working cross-functionally with a strong group of high integrity and driven sales professionals, then this is the role for you. This is also a great opportunity for a sales professional still developing in their career who would like exposure to growing a large new product launch.
