CBRE Quebec souhaite recruter un(e) courtier en formation qui aura l'occasion unique d'enrichir ses connaissances au sein de notre equipe de recherche (tout en travaillant a l'obtention de son permis de courtage immobilier commercial). La personne retenue devra etre enthousiaste et motivee ainsi que posseder des aptitudes en relations interpersonnelles. Ce role vous permettra de devenir une ressource pour tous les courtiers en matiere de donnees et d'activites sur le marche immobilier.
Vos responsabilites
Developper des relations avec proprietaires, courtiers, recherchistes et clients afin de recueillir des informations; Collecter chaque mois des donnees sur le marche de la part de bailleurs, de promoteurs et de differentes agences et mettre a jour les bases de donnees de CBRE; Compiler des statistiques sur le marche montrealais et des donnees pour rediger des rapports et des publications; Maintenir a jour diverses bases de donnees et differents documents; Travailler directement avec les courtiers pour realiser rapidement des etudes de marche, des livrets de visites et des diapositives de presentations; Repondre a diverses demandes (zonage, droit de propriete, taxes, etc.) et realiser des projets speciaux au besoin; D'autres taches pourraient s'ajouter.
Qualites requises
Diplome postsecondaire dans un champ connexe; Parfaitement bilingue, a l'ecrit comme a l'oral; Connaissance pratique des produits Microsoft Office; Approche axee sur le client et solides competences organisationnelles; En processus d'obtenir son permis de courtage en immobilier commerciale.

About the Role
CBRE Quebec is actively seeking a sales trainee who will have the unique opportunity to learn and develop their skillsets from our research team (while obtaining his/her commercial real estate license). The individual should be enthusiastic and motivated with excellent relationship building skills. The role will allow you to become a resource to our brokers for Montreal market activity.
What You'll Do
Interact and develop working relationships with landlords, brokers, researchers, and clients on requirements; Obtain market data from landlords, developers, and other agencies monthly and update CBRE's database; Compile Montreal market statistics and information for CBRE market reports and publications; Work directly with brokers to produce timely markets studies, tour books and presentations slides; Respond to various information requests (zoning, ownership, taxes, etc.) and special projects as required; Become a resource for brokers for market activity and information; Other duties may be assigned.
What You'll Need
Relevant post-secondary education; Fully bilingual, written and spoken; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Client focused approach, and strong organizational skills; In the process of obtaining your commercial real estate license.
