We are a Court Bailiff agency appointed by the Ministry of Attorney General, specializing in enforcing court actions across British Columbia in accordance with the Sheriff Act and various other provincial and federal legislation.
Our ideal candidate is an assertive quick learner who excels in a fast-paced environment and can juggle many tasks at once while staying organized.
Job Responsibilities:
Answering phones
Completing intake questionnaires
Providing assistance to clients
Creating client files
Booking client appointments
Responding to email inquiries
Filling out forms
Assisting clients with writs of possession
Coordinating with third-party vendors
Booking evictions with the IRSC team
Processing payments
Liaising with team members
Other duties as required
