We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Course Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support the seamless execution of our programs.

About the Role



The Course Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that every Ti-Max program--live patient, lecture, simulation, and hands-on--is executed flawlessly. This role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced educational environment.

You will support faculty, participants, operations, and clinical teams while representing Ti-Max's high standard of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities



Program Coordination

Coordinate all logistics for in-person lectures, hands-on sessions, live-patient days, and multi-weekend programs Manage program schedules, attendance, participant communication, and pre-course requirements Prepare course materials, manuals, binders, certificates, and digital resources Oversee venue setup, A/V requirements, shipping, catering, and equipment needs
Participant & Faculty Support

Provide timely and professional communication to doctors and attendees Assist faculty with presentations, materials, clinical workflows, and equipment requests Support live-patient days by coordinating patient flow, documentation, and room readiness
Administrative & Operational Duties

Manage registration, payment tracking, and documentation Maintain databases, CRM entries, and participant profiles Prepare reports, evaluations, CE certificates, and regulatory documentation Support compliance with RCDSO, AAID, and CE accreditation requirements

Qualifications



5+ years of experience in dental administration, dental assisting, CE management, or healthcare education Strong organizational and multitasking skills with flawless attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems Experience with coordination, scheduling, and professional communication Ability to work some weekends (course weekends), early mornings, and evenings as required Dental knowledge and understanding of clinical workflows is an asset A polished, professional presences someone who represents the Ti-Max brand with excellence
