Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various educational initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of programs. This position requires a strong background in instructional design, classroom experience, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard. The Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating communication between stakeholders, conducting research, and implementing effective teaching strategies.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and enhance instructional materials and programs. Manage the LMS, ensuring that all course content is up-to-date and accessible to students. Conduct research on best practices in instructional design and teaching methodologies. Assist in the planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, and educational events. Provide support to faculty in the integration of technology into their teaching practices. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Maintain accurate records of program activities, participant engagement, and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred. Experience in a classroom setting with a strong understanding of teaching principles. Familiarity with LMS platforms, particularly Blackboard, is highly desirable. Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and apply findings to improve educational practices. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
