Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Inc. (Frontier) provides delivery of small courier packages to residential homes & commercial businesses.

Due to increased seasonal volume, we are seeking Independent Owner Operators to work immediately to mid January 2026. Owner Operators may continue into 2026 depending on post seasonal volume and Owner Operator availability.

Owner Operators are needed for all areas of the city. Freight pickup will be at our facility located on Millar Ave.

Using your personal (or commercial) vehicle, and insured accordingly for courier work, you will deliver between 50-130+ pieces of freight within Saskatoon, SK. Freight will vary in size from small plastic bags, small to medium sized boxes, and other odd shapes. Most items will be clothing, shoes, toys, books, electronics, health & beauty products, and other personal and business items

Per every item delivered, you will be paid:

One delivery price, plus Fuel Surcharge, plus An extra premium for heavier freight

Average daily pay will be between $180-$260 assuming an average of 90+ deliveries.

Drivers that will succeed will be those that:

Have a reliable vehicle (personal VAN or SUV preferred) Have an ANDROID cell phone with DATA, and Know the city well, and Can deliver quickly per our standards, and Can follow planned routing/manifests, and Is flexible with the amount of deliveries per day...and the # of shifts per week.... Immediate availability needed for 5 shifts per week, Monday to Friday. Further days (including weekends) may be added based upon freight volume and your availability and dedication to on time deliveries Can pickup freight between 6:00am - 12:00pm and complete all deliveries prior to 10:00 pm (same day) ready times vary.

Qualifications:

Must have own, reliable vehicle Must have SUV or Mini Van. Smaller vehicles may not be considered. Must have Android phone with data for communication with dispatch, support team, clients, and courier delivery application. Apple devices cannot be used with the courier application. Vehicle must have 3rd party liability insurance. Vehicle must be insured with proper insurance (Common Carrier Local) Must assume all cost for lost or damaged items.. or provide cargo loss insurance Valid Class 5 license. Clean driver's abstract DSR Movement history showing at least +1 or greater Clean criminal background check. (Saskatoon Police Service, RCMP or similar) Ability to lift/transport 25 lbs alone or with tools such as hand dolly. Knowledge of Saskatoon. Flexibility in delivery area and delivery schedule. Able to read, write, and clearly communicate in English.
