We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Courier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of packages and documents while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and experience in commercial driving or warehouse operations. Responsibilities

Safely transport packages and documents to designated locations in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding delivery schedules and requirements. Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling of packages during transit. Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks to ensure safe operation. Utilize forklifts or other warehouse equipment as needed for loading and unloading tasks. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers and recipient information. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns during deliveries. Assist with moving items within the warehouse as required, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial driving or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed during deliveries. Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment, including forklifts, is a plus. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings if necessary.
