We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Courier Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods and packages efficiently and safely to various locations. Responsibilities

Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods between locations. Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling of packages during transit. Perform heavy lifting as necessary while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, locations, and any issues encountered. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading and unloading processes. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred but not mandatory for all positions. Previous experience in commercial driving or courier services is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Experience in warehouse operations is advantageous, particularly with moving equipment such as forklifts. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
