Overview

We are seeking owner-operator drivers with their own vehicles(Sedan, SUV, or minivan).

Pay $1.40 per delivered pkg.

Start Date: ASAP.

There are approximately 80 to 160 packages on each route.

Pickup Location: Markham / Etobicoke

Pickup time: 6-8 A.M.

The route needs to be properly completed the same day.

Delivery areas: Brampton, North York, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Scarborough, Ajax, Markham, Aurora, Bradford, East York, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Midtown, and surrounding areas.

Toronto Downtown: $1.50-1.60 per delivered package.

Barrie:$2per delivered pkg.

Peterborough: $2.10 per delivered pkg.

Payout: Semi-Monthly(First pay takes time), Bank Transfer (No-Tax Deducted).

Scanning & loading done by the courier.

Responsibilities

Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport freight and goods to designated locations Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance or repairs when necessary Maintain proper documentation of deliveries, including delivery logs and receipts Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws during transportation Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate delivery schedules Assist with loading/unloading cargo that may require automotive repair skills or heavy equipment operation

Experience

Proven experience in commercial driving, freight handling, or related logistics roles Familiarity with forklift operation, heavy equipment operation, or automotive repair is preferred Valid driver's license appropriate for commercial vehicle operation Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and delivery processes Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and customers

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $137.60-$350.00 per day
