Courier Dispatcher

to join our fast-paced operations team.

Position Overview:

The Courier Dispatcher is responsible for managing incoming delivery requests, planning efficient routes, coordinating with drivers, and maintaining smooth day-to-day logistics. This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phones and provide courteous, helpful customer service Create, schedule, and dispatch delivery jobs accurately and efficiently Monitor daily delivery routes and make real-time adjustments as needed Communicate effectively with drivers and support their day-to-day needs Use critical thinking to resolve scheduling or routing conflicts Occasionally assist with small package deliveries as needed Maintain a calm and professional attitude in a high-paced, sometimes high-stress environment Accept feedback and take direction constructively
